GENERALthese terms of service apply for all commission types i offer;i reserve the right to refuse any commission i see fiti have the right to use the commission for self-promotionif your commission is a gift or secret, please let me know in your order and state clearly when i can post the commissionthere is an estimated 5-10 day turn around once revisions have been confirmedPlease note I own all concepts unless purchased. Concepts not chosen during custom commissions are able to become packs purchasable if i so choose
UPDATESfor perk sets;If uploaded to nightlight the pack will be updated within 2 weeks of the latest chapter if the update has been renewed at 5$USD / update.
*From now on I will not update the packs unless renewed or i choose to.If exclusive, please reach out to me via any communication methods listed [discord, twitter/x, etc]
*Will be adding a perk pack update option to my kofi shop.i will not be adding, and chasing clients down any longer to provide them with their pack update.. please reach out to me.Each update will now be a 5$ USD flat fee [there's about 3-4 updates each year i believe]
*Updating 30+ packs every update is too time consuming to be doing freely in my spare time. The charge is there to enable me to set time aside to update your pack (:-please note if you do not contact me, i will not update your pack until you do.If you're asking about a free pack uploaded, please contact me (:
REVISIONSall revisions during the sketching/concept stages are free.exceptions would be if completely new concepts are asked to be made/many revisions madeVERY minor revisions after you have approved the initial sketch/concept are free unless the revisions you require are large or result in having to start over, then fee's will need to be paid
DEADLINES AND DELIVERYPlease state in your commission request or in our conversation when you need your work completed by if there is a deadline neededDelays can happen due to various reasons, i.e, complexity, health, family, etc.please note: i am only one person, i am not a company or studio with multiple peopleplease feel free to message me for updates on your commission!if i do not reply to your message within 3 business days, feel free to message me again
USECOMMISSIONS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. THE CLIENT MAY NOT USE THE PROJECT FOR MERCHANDISE OR RESALE WITHOUT A LICENSE.a commercial license can be provided with the payment of a commercial feeA commercial fee is NOT REQUIRED FOR USE ON TWITCH OR DISCORD - if you use the artwork for merch like stickers/shirts etc then you will be required to pay for the commercial rights
REFUNDSI do not accept refunds, especially if the work has been startedi will only give refunds if i personally cancel a commission or cannot complete itexceptions being a per case basis
RUSH COMMISSIONI do accept rush commissions for an extra fee. This means you get priority and your commission will be done faster than usual.

How does commissioning a pack work? _Once payment is confirmed, I take your references, themes or ideas and create a few concepts. After the concepts are revised, I create the final perk style. This style will be applied to all extra's if purchased. A full pack preview will be sent once the templates have been made. Once the revision is accepted by the client I send out a rar file containing the full set.
What is exclusive/non-exclusive? Non-exclusive means I own the rights to the art and may or may not upload them to either nightlight or ko-fi. This means others could download the pack you commissioned. Exclusive means the pack is completely yours, and cannot be posted anywhere aside from my own advertisements.
Can I upload my pack to nightlight myself? No. Unless you purchase all commercial rights I still own the design and if asked, I can upload it to nightlight or kofi myself.
How come your packs on Nightlight are not being updated? Creating perk packs is an amazing creative outlet for me, however this is work. I am trying to branch off and away from the free nightlight packs to grow my kofi shop. Don't worry, there's still a lot of free packs in my shop and in the future to come.
How does it work when an update for DBD comes out? A 5$ USD charge will be applied to update any existing packs. There are about 3-4 updates a year I believe. Please contact me or use the update shop item in my kofi shop.
Can you make me a perk set just like insert streamer/person here ? Nope. My commissions are custom made and no two will ever be exactly alike. I can make something similar but never an exact copy.
I saw a concept that I really love! Can I commission a previously made concept? Depending on the concept being asked for, my answer would probably be yes. Slight modification/revisions may be needed to protect the original commissioners concepts/ideas. Commission fees still apply.
Can I commission you to do other work that may or may not be listed? Absolutely. I do many different commissions ranging from twitch panels to promo art to graphics to be displayed on stream. If you're not sure, just ask~ I can definitely work with you to achieve what you're looking for.

Can I leave a review/testimonial? Of course! I truly appreciate any words of critique so share with future and past clients. All I request is a photo of your icon, handle (or remain anonymous) and some words. I will put together a testimonial art piece copy pasting what you submit <3

Who is TrashPanda?
Hi. My name is TrashPanda (OfTheNight)I spend a lot of my free personal time making dead by daylight custom perk sets, and other art commissions~My dream is to be able to support myself in a career I love, art.Opening up my Ko-Fi shop has let me start working on my dream, and every kind of support is SO appreciated. <3My model is based on myself.

The crescent moon is inspired by sailor moon, of which I loved growing up. I always thought the animation was so pretty~
My mascot and attributes to my own model are based off a purple raccoon. I've always been a big fan of raccoons -small, chubby little snack bandits with the black bandit mask <3
I've always tended to be nocturnal in my preferred sleep routine and the dark circles under my eyes have always made people think of me as a little raccoon.
The purple was just a spontaneous choice of colour~
